Nathan Allan’s Willow Architectural Glass is a feature selection from our Freeform Series glass products. Using our exclusive Freeforming production method, our Willow design is essentially a “texture less” kiln formed glass, a first in our industry. The sweeping, fluid lines of Willow in the design, create a pattern which appears to move, and the deep Convex surface forges a 3D visual. Incredible for a glass pattern to be so effective, and so unique, when 95% of the glass surface is clear and texture less.
Using 3/8” (10mm) thick, Low iron tempered glass, our Willow Architectural glass is formed with Flat Margins on all 4 edges, which allow for easy installation and a uniform design. Various sizes panels were produced, up to 30” x 24” (762mm x 610mm). Glass exceeds building code requirements.
Working directly with Marnell Companies, Las Vegas, a decorative glass was required to create a “Wall of Art”, which would be noticeable from everywhere. In combination with the polished steel posts, our Willow glass creates an Architectural Feature Wall, like no other. Our Willow Architectural glass as been described as “Intense”, “Flowing”, “Spectacular” and “Sizzling”. This wall of Glass Art beautifully and effectively demises the High Limits area, creating the high end expensive mood, it was designed to create, and lifting the spirits of all those who visit the space.
3/8” Low Iron tempered glass panels, with 8 various sizes, were used in this stunning project. Flat Margins on the vertical edges allow for each glass panel to slot evenly into the steel posts, and rest on hidden shims within the posts. With only vertical support posts, a semi-seamless picture is created. Installation by M3 Services, CO.
